What we store

When you check an image, we store only the verdict metadata: the result (real / cap / inconclusive), confidence, per-engine signals, and a hashed device fingerprint used solely to enforce the free daily limit. This metadata is not linked to your identity unless you are signed in.

What we delete

Uploaded images and generated analysis heatmaps are deleted automatically within 7 days. We do not use your uploads to train any models.

Third-party processing

To produce a verdict, uploaded images are processed by third-party detection services (such as Hive and Sightengine) under their own privacy terms, in addition to our own forensic analysis. If you are not comfortable with this, do not upload images containing sensitive personal information.

Accounts and payments

Accounts are email + password, managed by Supabase. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Subscription status (active / canceled) is stored to gate Pro features.

Analytics and cookies

We use the minimum cookies required for sign-in sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
