The service

RealCap provides automated analysis of images you upload, producing a verdict (real / cap / inconclusive) with a confidence score. Results are best-effort signals generated by automated systems — they are not legal proof, not a guarantee of accuracy, and must not be the sole basis for decisions about people, money, or disputes.

Acceptable use

• Only upload images you have the right to analyze.
• Do not use RealCap to harass, dox, or defame anyone.
• Do not attempt to exceed free quotas or abuse the service programmatically.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support@realcap.app.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Detection accuracy varies by image; inconclusive results are possible. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealCap is not liable for losses arising from reliance on its results.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
